Project Description

Persimmon Rise is 90 lot residential development constructed in 3 stages. Features included large open space areas, three parks incorporating timber decks and integrated pedestrian pathways.

The development involved the upgrade of Coach Road including road reconstruction and drainage works.

During the design phase of the development various challenges required innovative solutions including stormwater mitigation within adjacent creek line and culvert crossings in Coach Road.

Similarly, during the construction phase, the site posed many challenges such as poor ground conditions and a high water table, resulting in alternative construction techniques during earthworks and road construction.
