Project Description

Located on Marsden Road at Kallangur, this residential development consists of 44 Lots plus an Open Space area which was also utilised for stormwater management purposes.

This project presented various challenges, primarily related to associated works such as road and service upgrades, these included:

Existing waterway to the north and Council’s policy for this particular area.
Coordination with future development by others to the south, in particular, site levels and stormwater capacities.
Upgrade of Marsden Road including widening and relation of services.
New 375mm diameter Trunk Water Main in Marsden Road replacing an existing main which was both dated and aligned within new carriageway pavement.
