Project Description

Civil Dimensions Pty Ltd is the principal consultant for the Delfin Lend Lease 'Woodlands' development located in the suburb of Waterford. A master planned community 137.3 hectares in size including 30 hectares of open space, 17 hectares of environmental corridor and expected to provide approximately 1360 home sites for over 3500 residents.

Works commenced late 2004, targeted for completion in 2015. Six (6) primary precincts create the core subdivision works:

Willow Rise
Jarvis Crossing
Park Central

The project also involved upgrades and reconstruction of Roads, Intersections, Services and Infrastructure including:

Gardiner Road
Dairy Creek Road
Jarvis Road
High Road
